The Elite Hockey Goalie Skills and Conditioning Program has been developed to address the specific positional and conditioning needs of goalies by Head Goalie Instructor Andrew Allan.

Utilizing their own section of the ice, goalies will be set through a series of positional and movement related drills over the 1.5-hour session.

Space is limited to an 8 goalie per session maximum,  to ensure proper instructor to goalie ratio.

Goaltending Program Description

Our program provides specialized goaltending instruction to increase on ice performance. We provide personalized instruction combining power skating, movement skills, save techniques and game tactics. Our sessions features small group instruction and age appropriate shooting. The program promotes reinforced teaching and will encourage efficient goaltending movements and skills.
